All Folto Paws orders are packed with care from our studio and typically ship within 2-4 business days. During product launches or holidays, processing may take an extra day or two, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.
You’ll receive a tracking link after you place your order letting you know that your package is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

How to Start a Return
Email hello@foltopaws.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a shipping label and simple instructions.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions
Gift cards and final-sale items are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, blankets & shirts must be unused and in original packaging for return.
The Arrival Gift set is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We get it. If the first size is not right, we’ll help you find the better one. We’ll cover the exchange shipping on your first order, just let us know within 14 days of delivery.
